How do I reset or change my password?

Resetting Passwords

You can reset your password by requesting for a reset link to be sent to the e-mail that's on your Sony Pictures Core account. 

1. Open the Sony Pictures Core app.
2. Select "Log In."
3. Enter your e-mail address and select "Continue."
4.  Select "Recover Password."
   
   
   
    
5. Search your account email inbox or spam folder for an e-mail from [e-mail] for the temporary password.
6. Type in the the temporary password in the designated area in the app on your TV. 
7. Type in your new password.
8. Select "Submit." 

Changing Passwords

You can change your password by requesting a reset link to be sent to the e-mail that's on your Sony Pictures Core account

1. Go to "Settings."
2. Select "Account."
3. Select "Reset Password."
   
4. Search your account e-mail from [e-mail] for the temporary password.
5. Type in the temporary password in the designated area in the app on your TV.
6. Type in your new password.
7. Select "Submit."
