I can't find my credits

• To view how many credits you have, look for the ticket icon in the bottom left corner OR go to "Settings" > "Account" > "Credits."
  
• Credits can expire and you can navigate to  "Settings" > "Account" > "Credit Expiration Date" to find out when your credit(s) expire.
  
• If you have a voucher code, go to "Settings"> "Account" > "Redeem" and enter your voucher code.
  

• Credits are applied to the first Sony Pictures Core account you create on your TV so you may not see your credits if your are logged into a different account than the one you first registered with.
