Why are the subtitles not working?

• If you are watching a movie or TV series that have additional languages used, your subtitles may be impacted by this.
• This is because the movie or TV series will be providing the subtitles for the moments that additional languages are being used and it will no longer show on your screen if you have subtitles turned on.
•  If your subtitles disappear while a character begins to speak in a different language, you can:
  1. Click the "Down" button on your remote while watching the movie/show. 
  2. Select the menu icon.
  
  3. Select "Off" for subtitles.
